Amazingly the 5 largest cruise ships on the seas are all operated by the same company, Royal Caribbean International (RCCI). What is more they are all very modern and have all the up to date facilities that you would expect from this company.

The Oasis Of The Seas and the Allure of The Seas are the largest and are known together as the Oasis Class.

They are both truly enormous and have a capacity of 5400 passengers in 2700 staterooms. They both weigh in at 220,000 Gross Tonnes. In all ways they are twins.

They are basically split into seven separate activity zones. There is one which caters for the younger travelers and includes things ranging from from a nursery area for the babies and littler ones right through to discos and entertainment arcades for the teenagers and workshop areas for those in between.

The zone for sports and pool contains an aqua park especially for the children as well as four pools and ten whirlpools. There is also mini golf and two sports courts. If you just prefer to relax, there is a fully equipped modern solarium.

They contain the most amazing spa and fitness centers with facilities for any type of massage that you want and also the fitness equipment to suit your needs. There is no reason why you should neglect your fitness routing whilst you are on a Royal Caribbean International cruise.

In the evenings you will be able to visit one of the many venues in the entertainment area. You can watch anything that you like from comedy to theater, cinema and ice shows. Then you can finish the evening off in a night club or make a million in the casino.

The three liners which make up the Voyager Class are also very similar to each other. They are the Freedom Of The Seas, the Independence Of The Seas and the Liberty Of The Seas.

In all honesty they have as varied facilities as the Oasis class ships but are everything is just a bit smaller. They have a capacity of just over 3,600 voyagers and their weight is 160,000 GT.

The Independence Of The Seas is the only one of these luxury liners on which you can take Western Mediterranean cruises. It is berthed in Southampton for a part of the year serving various European destinations and then cruises the Caribbean from Florida the rest of the time.

Whether you want to relax on board soaking up the sunshine or exercise all day in a gym, the pool or on a sports court, or even spend all night in the night club and sleep all day long, you will be able to do it while cruising on one of the 5 largest cruise ships on the seas.
